About Me

Navigating the IEP process can feel overwhelming—especially when you know your child needs support, but you’re not getting clear answers.

I work with families who are trying to make sense of evaluations, behavior challenges, and school recommendations, and who want to feel confident in the decisions they’re making for their child.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 19 years of experience in the field, I bring a data-driven lens to behavior and learning—but my work goes beyond that. I focus on helping families connect the dots between what’s written in reports, what’s happening in the classroom, and what their child needs to succeed.

I’ve worked alongside families and school teams supporting students with a range of behavioral and learning needs, and I’ve seen how gaps in understanding or alignment can impact outcomes.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real-life application—so you leave with clarity, not just information. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I also partner with schools and organizations to strengthen behavior and IEP systems through consultation and professional development.
