IEP Clarity & Support Packages

All services are provided through structured packages designed to meet you where you are in the process.

Each package includes a combination of:

  • Parent Consultation

  • IEP/Document review

  • Between-session/Ongoing support

  • Meeting Prep

  • Advocacy guidance

Every child’s needs are different—and figuring out the right support can feel overwhelming.

I offer focused, individualized services to help you better understand your child’s needs, navigate the IEP process with confidence, and ensure supports are meaningful—not just present on paper.

Below are the ways we can work together.

Foundations

This is a good starting point if you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply need clarity on what’s happening in your child’s IEP or school experience.

Together, we’ll talk through your concerns, review what’s currently in place, and identify where things may not be fully aligned with your child’s needs.

What’s Included

  • 2 sessions of 1:1 consultation (60 mins each)

  • Up to 25 pages of document review

  • Review of current concerns and school supports

  • Guidance on next steps—up to 3 support communications (email)

  • 2-week support window

Best for:

A clearer understanding of what’s happening, identifying gaps in support, and what steps you can take next with confidence.

Focused Support

If behavior concerns are ongoing, confusing, or escalating, we take a step back and look at the data.

I review existing assessments (or guide the process if one is needed), analyze patterns, and help develop practical strategies that can be implemented across settings.

What’s Included

  • 4 sessions (60 mins each)

  • 25-60 pages of document review

  • Up to 5 support communications

  • 4-week support window

Best for:

For families who are seeing repeated behavior challenges and need a deeper understanding of why those behaviors are happening—and how to effectively support change.

Comprehensive Support

For parents who want support preparing for an IEP meeting, understanding their rights, or ensuring their child’s plan truly reflects their needs.

This support is tailored to your situation and may include reviewing your child’s IEP, identifying gaps, and helping you feel prepared to participate confidently in meetings.

What’s Included

  • 6 sessions (60 min each)

  • 60+ pages of document review

  • Up to 10 support communications

  • 6–8 week support window

Best for:

Ongoing support and complex cases. The focus is steady problem-solving — not blame, not urgency, not reaction. Just clarity and structure.
